Wood fired hot tub (the hot tub is cleaned and ready to fill on arrival, as itâs wood-fired, it takes up to 2 hours to fill and heat, and cannot be prepared in advance. Please note that logs, kindling, firelighters, and matches are not included in your stay but can be ordered using the Goodeats link in your key collection information. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio with furniture. Shared use of estate grounds and facilities inc. indoor heated swimming pool (Please bring swim towels, as the towels provided are only for use in the property), table tennis room (please bring your own racquets and balls). Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 4 miles, pubs 2 miles. Water from private supply, fed from freshwater lake. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking Graythwaite Adventure in advance. Graythwaite fishery is free for all guests and equipment can be hired locally, a small fee is applicable to keep your catch, rod fishing license required. Mobile phone signal may be limited due to the location of the property. Please Note: There are 6 steps up to the double bedroom and bathroom. Please Note - The tumble dryer is available on the courtyard in the laundry room. Please Note: This property has a £100 Good Housekeeping Bond.
