Lake View

Lake View is a three-bedroom house in Westmorland and Furness, sleeping five. You walk in at ground level to a living room with a gas fire and freeview TV, a separate dining room, and a kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher and all the basics for self-catering. A shower room and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer complete this floor. Upstairs are three bedrooms—two doubles and a three-quarter double—plus a family bathroom with a bath and shower. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with wifi and heating throughout.

The house opens directly onto a large garden that connects to the surrounding fells, with footpaths leading straight into the landscape. Lake Windermere and views toward the Langdale Pikes form the backdrop. The Windermere Convenience Store is nearby, and there's a pub within a mile. On-site parking covers one car, and there's an electric charging point if you need it. The garden has steps down to a public footpath and some natural features including drops and a pond; it adjoins neighbouring properties without fencing, so pets and children need supervision. Smoking is not permitted. One dog is welcome.
