High Mere

High Mere is a first-floor apartment with its own entrance, sleeping two people in a double bedroom. You get two bathrooms here—one ensuite with a shower cubicle, and a separate bathroom with a corner bath and shower attachment—along with a fully fitted kitchen that includes a dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob and combi microwave. A utility room with washer dryer means you can do laundry during your stay. The living room has a TV and DVD player, and there's a small porch with outdoor seating. The apartment sits in a residential area near Windermere village, within walking distance of the town centre and the lake itself at Bowness. A pub is less than a mile away, and shops are about 300 yards off. The location is good for exploring the Lake District on foot or by car, and boat trips operate from nearby. You have private parking for one car on site. No smoking is permitted.
