Bowness on Windermere sits at the heart of the Lake District, and Lakeview Cottage occupies a raised position above the town centre, commanding views across the water to the surrounding peaks. The property is yours alone—three bedrooms sleep six, with a bathroom upstairs and a separate toilet on the ground floor. Bed linen and wifi are included; heating and utilities are covered in the price.

The ground floor opens into a living room with a balcony that faces the lake and fells, furnished for sitting out. A kitchen and dining space are fitted for cooking, with a dishwasher and electric oven alongside the gas hob. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and one with twin single beds. Outside, there is a garage for one car and additional parking on the road; a separate utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. The garden and patio space benefit from the elevated location and views.

Bowness centre is within walking distance, with a pub under a mile away and shops and restaurants nearby. The cottage does not permit smoking.
