Built in the 1700s, Little Knott is a detached stone cottage that has been renovated while keeping its original character—exposed beams, oak doors and flagstone floors remain intact. The cottage sits just outside Blawith, a mile south of Coniston Water, with countryside views from its windows and parking for three cars on site.
Three bedrooms sleep six: one double of 4ft 6in, a second double of the same size, and a third with two 3ft single beds. There is one bathroom with a P-shaped bath and shower. Upstairs, an open-plan living space combines a sitting area with woodburner, dining space and kitchen; the kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge, with a separate utility room housing a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bed linen and Wi-Fi are included; heating and hot water are provided, as are initial logs for the fire. A covered hot tub for six people sits in the garden next to a picnic table.
A pub lies one mile away; the nearest shop is three miles distant. One dog can stay free. No smoking throughout the property.
