Terraced patio area with garden table and chairs. Use of a two-man kayak (at guest's own risk) situated by the shore of Windermere on a lake side terrace which has seating. Life jackets are provided and kept in the property. Hot tub with lake views, accessed by external stairs. **Please note as the hot tub is emptied, cleaned, re filled and re heated between each booking it may not be at the optimum temperature until at least 7pm on your day of arrival and on your day of departure the hot tub will be drained at 9.30am**. STRICTLY no pets, no children or infants. Smoking is prohibited inside the property and within the Louper Weir grounds. Shop 2.6 miles, pub 2.6 miles.
