Meadow View

Meadow View is a substantial detached property equipped for groups of up to 18 people. Seven bedrooms spread across two floors provide a mix of super king, king, double and single beds; three bathrooms serve the rooms, with two en-suites. The ground floor contains a second living area, utility room and sun room alongside the main social spaces. A kitchen fitted with electric cookers, dishwasher, wine cooler and breakfast bar opens to dining and living areas centred around a woodburner and 42-inch television. Oil heating runs underfloor in the kitchen; electricity, bed linen and Wi-Fi are included in the rental.

Outside, two acres surround the property. A private hot tub seats four; a children's play area has swings, a slide and pool table. An on-site gymnasium is available, and a two-acre field with manège and stabling can be arranged separately. The enclosed courtyard contains a patio, garden furniture and gas barbecue. Private parking fits six cars, with additional spaces on the road. A cot, travel cot, highchair and stairgate are on hand, along with a welcome pack and initial logs for the burner. One pet stays free. The property sits three miles from Roanhead Beach, with the South Lakes a short drive away; alternatively, guests can stay on the grounds behind electric gates.
