Within a mile of the lodge is a pub, and the surrounding countryside offers walking, cycling and water-based activities across the Lake District. Yanwath itself sits in rural Westmorland and Furness, with the fells visible from the property and accessible on foot or by bike for a day out.
Olive Vale Lodge is a standalone holiday home on a lodge park, sleeping six across three bedrooms—a master double with en-suite shower, a second double and a twin—plus a family bathroom. The main living space is open plan, with sofas arranged around a wood-burning stove and a Smart TV; the kitchen is equipped for self-catering, from quick meals to longer cook-ups. Two decking terraces overlook the fell landscape, suitable for morning coffee or evening meals. One well-behaved dog can stay with you. Essentials including bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are covered; logs for the stove are provided to start with. Two cars can be parked on the property. No smoking is permitted inside.
