Sorrel

Sorrel is a traditional shepherds cabin set within the walled gardens of a private estate in Westmorland and Furness. The single open-plan space combines lounge, kitchen and dining area, with a separate shower room. It sleeps two and welcomes one dog free of charge. Solar-powered underfloor heating keeps things warm throughout the year, and the essentials—electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are all included.

Outside, the patio opens into the gardens themselves, where the planting changes through the seasons. A hot tub sits in a secluded corner of the grounds. The cabin is positioned on the estate away from neighbouring properties, offering privacy without isolation.
