Waterfall Wood Cottage

Waterfall Wood Cottage comes fully equipped for comfortable self-catering. The kitchen has a range cooker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Bed linen, towels, wifi and heating are all included. The living spaces feature a woodburner and smart TV, with a separate sitting room. Parking for three cars is on site.

The cottage sleeps six across three bedrooms: a kingsize with ensuite wet room, a second kingsize, and a third with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a roll-top bath and separate shower cubicle. Underfloor heating runs throughout. An enclosed terraced garden has furniture and looks out over the surrounding woodland and waterfall. Steps lead down into the garden and the grounds slope steeply to an unfenced river 75 yards away.

The setting is above Glenridding in a walking area with direct access to routes up Helvellyn and Sunday Crag. Ullswater lies a ten-minute walk away, with Aira Force waterfall nearby. Glenridding and Patterdale have shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. The cottage is for couples and families with children aged six and over only. No smoking inside.
