Westwood Barn

Westwood Barn comes fully equipped for a week away. Bed linen, towels, WiFi and heating are all included. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, so you can cook properly or keep things simple. Upstairs, the living and dining room has a 40-inch TV, DVD player, games consoles and a gas fire. There's private parking for three cars on site, and a welcome pack on arrival.

Four bedrooms and two bathrooms serve eight guests. The main bedroom has a king sleigh bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring both bath and shower. Two further double bedrooms and a fourth room with twin single beds complete the accommodation. One dog stays free. The barn sits within a working farm in the Eden Valley, within striking distance of Kirkby Stephen and Appleby, and close enough to the Lake District for day trips. Bowes, High Force waterfall and Barnard Castle are accessible too. Walkers and cyclists find plenty of routes through the local villages. A shop lies two miles away, and a pub and restaurant sit a mile and a half down the road. No smoking inside.
