Woodstore Cottage

You arrive at Woodstore Cottage to find a converted stone building set in a courtyard within the grounds of Lazonby Hall. The entrance is just two steps up. Inside, the ground floor opens into a living room with a woodburner, then a kitchen-diner with a full range of appliances including a dishwasher and washer-dryer. A shower room completes this level. Upstairs, the bedroom has a kingsize bed and patio doors opening onto the garden, with an ensuite bathroom containing a bath and toilet.

The cottage is furnished to a high standard and retains character details like beamed ceilings and flagstone flooring. Electricity, WiFi and towels are all provided. Outside, a woodland garden with patio seating and table looks out over the grounds. There is parking for two cars on site. A keyboard player may appreciate the clavichord available to play.

The location sits one mile from a village with pubs and a supermarket, and about ten minutes' drive from the M6. Non-smokers only.
