Eden View is an end-of-terrace cottage near Penrith with everything needed for a self-catering stay. The ground floor has a sitting room with woodburner and smart TV, plus a kitchen/dining room fitted with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Upstairs are three bedrooms—two doubles and one with bunk beds—alongside a bathroom with bath and shower. Bed linen, towels, wifi and electricity are all included; the woodburner's initial fuel is too. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
The enclosed back garden is lawned with seating and furniture for outdoor meals or quiet time. There's a bike store and parking on or near the property. One dog stays free. The cottage does not permit smoking. A pub lies within a mile, and the surrounding countryside offers walking straight from the door. An outdoor swimming pool and children's playground are across the lane.
