About Premier Inn Weston-Super-Mare Seafront

Walk into your room at Premier Inn Weston-Super-Mare Seafront and, in many cases, the first thing you'll notice is the view: this is a hotel where a good number of the 112 en-suite rooms look straight out over the water. Each comes with the usual Premier Inn essentials, including drinks in the room, and accessible rooms are available for those who need them. Upkeep in some rooms has been flagged as inconsistent, so it's worth bearing in mind rather than expecting uniform polish throughout.

Downstairs there's a restaurant serving breakfast with a broad choice of fresh, hot options, a genuine highlight for many staying here, and staff are on hand around the clock at 24-hour reception. The hotel spans five floors and has a lift, and there's a pub or bar and further restaurants and eateries nearby for evenings out.

The seafront setting puts the Grand Pier within easy reach, and the surrounding area offers golf, fishing, horse riding, watersports and entertainment for those wanting to fill their days. Parking is available nearby for a charge. Rates run from £39 to £150 depending on dates, making it a flexible base for a trip to Weston-super-Mare.

The staff has to be the first to be mentioned the staff was Absolutely delightful went out there way to help with anything and everything. They were helpful respectful and very happy polite and a smily team they made you feel welcome the whole stay and wasn't waiting too long for anything. Good approach in a sticky situation they remained calm. The evening food was lovely and so was breakfast. Rooms was spotless and a pleasure to enter. The hotel is located smack bang in front of the big wheel seafront where everything around you is at your feet what more could you ask for. We would definitely go again keep up the good work too all staff at Premier in.

Great location right on the sea, decent enough for the price, same as the Newquay one I'd stayed in the night before. We were attended at the desk by a friendly young lady who did our touchscreen check-in for us. Rooms are ok, beds were comfortable, air conditioning was working fine, which was great in this hot summer we're having. Shower pressure was slightly better than average. I wasn't quite sure about where to park, eventually entering the multi-storey nearby and paying £14 for the day. I didn't eat any meals here so can't comment on that.

An excellent stay at this hotel! My premier plus room couldn't be faulted, the view was magnificent overlooking the Weston big wheel. At night it was lit up beautifully, and in daylight the sea view was impressive. Location is ideal for me as I don't drive and could use buses and trains easily to get around. Lots of food outlets in the vicinity. Check in was so easy, I just used a self serve kiosk. I didn't see or speak to a member of staff during my visit, which is just how I like it! Others will criticise it for that, but I love being undisturbed. I shall definitely be returning.

Unfortunately had to change this review! This is the worst premier inn we have stayed in The staff mostly ok that's why 3 stars as night staff was friendly nice one on the front little women was nice the man there was also nice but the women with glasses who I think is the morning manger is rude don't smile the food is really not up to premier inn standards frozen cold pancake croissants also cold no Nutella for kids beans run out mushrooms not cooked no honey the croissants was run out and they brought some basically cold almost frozen out you put them in the pan cake hot machine but they burn on bottom and you can easily burn your self which me daughter did not seriously at all but overall I have stayed in many premier in around the country and this was the worst no one was getting seated in the end I just walked straight in the restaurant so if I hadn't of booked breakfast it would of been free also other customers had this problem so I told them just go eat as you wasting your time waiting to be seated and crossed of the book overall the stay was good just a real shame in the morning.
