Loved this hotel. Staff are friendly, helpful & professional. They tried their best to cover all eventualities. My room was comfortable. 2 plug points, 1 USB port between ligh switches near bed. I had an issue with water pressure in the shower. Bingo & entertainment every night. Steve on Thursday night was my fave. There is a garage but I did not drive there. Food was lovely & good portion sizes. They have a Happy Hour too & Sunday carvery. Also a guest lounge. 1 elevator is available. Wheelchair accessible entrance. The hotel is well situated for the marina, beach, shops & walking paths. Bus stop across the road.

Stayed for three nights, the hotel has a bizzarre layout upstairs but it kind of added to the charm. Super 70s, sort of a time capsule in its own little way. Staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome, had to drop my key off at the desk each time you leave which initially annoyed me but it's probably a good idea as its one less thing you have to hold onto or worry about when you're out and about. Staff are at the desk 24hr any way. Had breakfast included, if you want a full English every morning you're in luck, if not it's cereal or yoghurt for you. They give you a little sheet you can tick and customise, great portion of coffee or tea! My room was really nice, TV placement was a bit rubbish but hey. And I was given twin beds when I paid for a single so I guess an upgrade, sort of? Amazing location in the town too.

Just stayed one night but found it absolutely lovely, clean, staff very pleasant, nice bar, large breakfast choice and freshly cooked. Very reasonably priced and so close to town centre and also quayside and local entertainments. Will definitely return.

Food and service excellent, staff helpful. Hotel, including our room very clean. The only minor issue is the lift is small for a large hotel.
