What visitors say
Booked well in advance via the website but took a while to confirm the booking due to a technical problem. Couldn't find the owner on arrival so tried the video doorbell and mobile. Eventually got entry instructions by text. The site is well placed for walking and cycling along the canal into Milton Keynes or South towards Leighton Buzzard with a nice loop that includes Rushmere Country Park. Some background noise from the road and trains but not too bad. Quite a lot of comings and goings on the site so got woke up early. Good clean new toilet and shower block. £30 per night Inc ehu and all serviced pitches on hard standing.

I'd like to say a massive thank you to Daria and James for squeezing me in at the last minute and ensuring I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay... It's clear that they are really trying to go the extra mile and are investing in their facilities. The showers, toilets, wash up area are all very new, clean and well maintained. The pitches are clearly laid out and it's a really nice, quiet spot just a few minutes stroll from the canal. Certainly provided me with everything I was after at a fraction of the price of some other places I've recently camped at. Had everything I was looking for and wouldn't hesitate to recommend, or return. Also; ducks! Marvellous stuff.

I moved on to this site for a year the site its self is perfect 1 week for £130.00 70kw of electric and water. Showers and toilets are communal. The washing machine and dryer is well over priced. The residents on the site are amazing very helpful and lovely to talk to as well are the owners in the house. The woman who runs the site with her husband is the face of the site, very friendly to your face but behind your back well that's a totally different matter she asked me to leave the premises as a piece of post was delivered there by mistake and when asked to leave she said she would refund me the £50 I sent her but now ignores my messages. I was also told I can't buy certain caravans and have them on that site as she didnt want it looking to American or to German. The staff here who are never there except on Mondays. The site its self is poorly looked after grass is cut only when she wants to, weeds are never delt with and in general she is no help at all she only wants the money then isnt interested. Another occasion I was persecuted because I had to do community service when she found out she tried to throw me off site. And the letters that was delivered there by mistake she opened up and read them. Violation of the royal mail act. So this is why I only give it 2 stars

My mother and I went camping on this campsite from Monday (19/06/23) until (22/06/23) 🏕️ It has been brilliant and for someone who hasn't been camping before I have enjoyed the first time! The campsite looked very colourful , the directions to get to like the showers, toilets, reception are very funky 😁 I absolutely love it! I love the falconry where the owls live 🦉 I loved visiting the owls in the evenings, they were lovely 🦉 they've got lots of birds to see and view 🦉🦅🐦 The showers were convenient, a short walk from our tent to the shower block they were decent. 🚿 This campsite was amazing! Absolutely loved it, nothing I hate about it and very nice owners aswell 😊
