"I’ve been training in gyms for decades, and it is incredibly rare to find a coach like Charles. He doesn't just focus on physical metrics; he taps into the mental discipline required to truly progress. He calls us a 'team,' and he leads us like one. While the other staff members are warm and friendly, Charles is the reason I—and many others—remain members here. He is a mentor and a leader whose unique methods get results and leave you feeling euphoric. Replacing a 'one-in-a-million' instructor like him would be a massive loss for this facility."

Really loved this pool over the summer as it's very clean and the changing rooms are plentiful. Decided to join and do some exercise classes...1 studio means you can hardly ever get onto the decent classes. This centre desperately needs a second studio to offer more classes.

Received disgusting treatment here by the woman managing the swim teachers. One week, my son was being assessed to move up to the next level, and didn’t pass only because of his breaststroke kick. I spoke to this lady and let her know that the current teacher coaching that group for the last 8 weeks (they rotate) hasn’t been doing any breaststroke with them, only front and back crawl. She told me he definitely has and they do all 3 equally. I politely let her know that I watch the session every week all lesson, and this teacher has definitely not been doing that. She then told me I must not know what breast stroke looks like. Completely rude and uncalled for. I told her that I’m a full time swim coach myself (adults - for competitions, not kids) and I definitely know what it looks like, and also why I watch the lessons so carefully. She then stormed off and said she had things to do. Next week, my wife takes the kids, as I wanted to avoid a confrontation. She storms up to my wife, shouting, demanding to know where I worked, and wanting proof that I was a swim coach. Obviously not even relevant, any parent could have seen they weren’t doing breaststroke. She then said my son would never progress past his level because he has flat feet. 1. He hasn’t. 2. Not true you can’t progress. This treatment was completely uncalled for and entirely unprofessional. Never send your kids here unless you have strictly heard this woman is not there anymore. And on top of that, the ONLY week this woman was not present at the lessons, around 4 months earlier, there was another woman there instead. She immediately spotted my two kids, came up to me, and asked if I’d asked to hold them back, because there were way advanced past the group they were in. Not relevant to this recent situation, but more proof of her severe incompetence on top of her disgusting attitude. AVOID.

Every thing is great, everyone kind and everywhere clean. The view of the cafe is perfect, but the only issue is that whenever I try to book a class specifically Pilates and yoga is fully booked.
