We had the attic room, it was lovely down to the detail. Also the room had a lovely view overlooking the abbey which was nice to look at on a morning. The prices are very good i also believe. And the host bill i would give an 11/10. He was very helpfull and prompt in any queries or questions if we needed anything. And he even gave us a hand with the car on our departure as it wouldnt start. Cant wait to visit again. Would definitely reccomend, thanks again for a great stay

Fantastic guest house. Staff are lovely, excellent service. Rooms are very clean. Everything provided for. Breakfast is outstanding. Bill is also lovely, makes an effort in getting to know his guests. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent location. Quiet neighbourhood. Very warm welcome from friendly and helpful hosts. Clean and comfortable room. Comfortable bed. Excellent facilities. Lovely home cooked breakfast. Free street parking. Highly recommended.

My friends and I stayed in Argyle Guest House for the weekend to explore Whitby and we all had such a wonderful stay. The rooms were just incredible and each had their own special personal touches and themes. The attention to detail made the stay feel super luxurious down to the incredible furniture to the super cosy comfy beds. The owner of the hotel, Bill, popped out to make sure we were all happy with our stays when we left. Overall we all had a fabulous stay and will definitely be staying here again. I'd 100% recommend Argyle Guest House to anyone who wants to explore the city or even if you just want to stay in a really cool unique place.
