What guests say
Whenever I work in Manchester, I stay here because of the location and close proximity to the network of motorways. There is parking but you need to pay for this now. The customer service is very good, and they’re very helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and there is a good selection at breakfast. I’ve eaten a couple of times in the hotel restaurant and the food is decent. You have the choice of some good restaurants in Handforth which is a 10 min walk, a nice Italian, Chinese, Greek or Indian restaurants. You also get free access to Total Fitness which has amazing swimming pools, jacuzzis, steam and sauna rooms and gym facilities. I recommend this hotel

Great hotel overall. Restaurant menu is not very adventurous, but ok. Good location for our office, which is main reason for staying here and building up rewards points.

A basic mid-range hotel that is perfectly located for Manchester Airport. The highlights were definitely the friendly atmosphere and the nice bar area. Everything was very clean, which I appreciated. However, the room felt very old-fashioned and the bed was quite uncomfortable due to an old mattress. It’s a fine place for a quick night's sleep if you don't mind the 'vintage' feel, but don't expect modern luxury. Key take aways • Pros: Exceptionally friendly staff, spotlessly clean rooms, and a lovely, welcoming bar. • Cons: Very dated interior and equipment. The mattress was quite worn out and uncomfortable. • Verdict: A friendly, clean mid-range stay near Manchester Airport, but desperately needs new beds and a modern touch.
