Lower Whiteflood Farm Cottage sits on an active arable farm in the Hampshire countryside, a few miles from Winchester. The South Downs National Park is nearby, with walking routes that start from the gate. The village has a traditional pub; Winchester itself—the former capital of England—is close enough for a day trip to its cathedral, independent shops and restaurants.
The cottage is a converted barn with two bedrooms: a double and a single (the latter suitable for flexible sleeping arrangements). Downstairs there's a living and dining space with a smart TV, and a kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. The bathroom upstairs has a bath with shower and heated towel rail. Essentials like heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered; parking for two cars is on site, and the enclosed garden has a sitting area.
The property is for two guests only and does not accept children under 18. One pet stays free. There is no smoking inside.
