Our three night stay at Cedar Manor with hosts Jonathan and Caroline was a superb experience. Comfortable and well appointed rooms, amazing breakfasts, and a perfect location to enjoy the Lakeland experience. Jonathan was a ray of sunshine every morning and added a new dimension to the flawless service they provided. Their High Tea was something else. Beautifully curated teas, delicately crafted sandwiches, authentic scones and a platter of sweet delicacies to die for. Truly unforgettable! A big thank you to you both and to your staff for giving us such a warm welcome.

Such a beautiful place to stay!! The room was gorgeous, the view incredible and the extra time and care Caroline and Jonathan provide leaves you feeling like you’re at your home away from home! They do afternoon tea as well but we didn’t get a chance to try it, however if it’s anything like the breakfasts we had - there’s no chance of disappointment ☺️ Location was great as well with an easy walk into the centre. Can’t recommend staying here enough!!

Lovely hotel overall with a relaxing ambience. Great location in Windermere, lovely surroundings and an easy few minute walk to Windermere and shops, also a short walk to an amazing view point of Lake Windermere. The hotel was very clean and tidy, both the room and all communal areas, staff were very friendly and professional. Breakfast was very tasty and Jonathan was happy to cater for extras if you had the room! Which made my husband happy. I would definitely stay here again and have recommended this lovely hotel to my family and friends.
