Luxury, Space & Exceptional Service Our stay at Windermere Boutique Hotel in the Tivoli Suite was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The service was exceptional throughout – friendly, welcoming and attentive without ever being intrusive. The Tivoli Suite was incredibly spacious and beautifully presented, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The separate spa area felt wonderfully indulgent, with luxurious facilities that made it feel more like a private retreat than a hotel room. The hot tub, spa bath, steam shower and relaxation space created the perfect environment to switch off and enjoy a truly relaxing break. The suite’s dedicated spa room and luxury features really make it stand out. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and maintained to a very high standard. Combined with the excellent service, it made for a genuinely memorable stay. We left feeling refreshed, pampered and already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious Lake District escape.

We have stayed here many times before and will continue to do so as we absolutely adore it. The staff and owners are fantastic, Beds super comfortable. Hot tub perfect temperature. Breakfast was beautiful as always. Will see you again soon’

Excellent stay. Service was exceptional. Room was lovely, great facilities including spa bath and sauna. Lots of little touches that made our stay better. Warm and comfy room. Good TV and sound system and TV in the bathroom. Good location. Parking was limited but we managed fine.

We have just spent 3 nights at Windermere Boutique hotel. Upon arrival we received a very warm welcome from the lady on reception with a complimentary glass of prosecco while we sat in the lovely lounge area. We went to our room which was the "honey suite" and was totally blown away. The room was spotlessly clean, a very good size with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Kettle, bottled water, a selection of teas and coffees and a lovely box and small bag with biscuits and chocolates which was a lovely touch. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding and pillows. A lovely big TV opposite the bed with access to all streaming services. Walking into the bathroom, we were greeted with a lovely shower cubicle which then led to a massive further room complete with relaxation seating, large spa bath which had a TV built into the wall to watch while you relax in the bubbles. There were patio doors which led out to the hot tub which was all set and ready to use on arrival and was really secluded so you had full privacy. There was also a small balcony area with a table and chairs to sit and have a morning coffee if you like. We had breakfast in the morning which was delicious and had several options including cereal, yoghurt, toast and eggs and full English option. Tea/coffee and juices. What stood out to us was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Every single person we encountered greeted us with a smile and was happy to offer anything we required. Upon returning to our room after a day out walking in Ambleside, our bed had been remade with lovely flower petals scattered on the duvet, these little extra touches mean a lot and really show how the staff go above and beyond to make your stay special. We had great recommendations on places to go and things to do. We also made use of the snack menu and had some lovely toasted sandwiches delivered direct to our room. If you're looking for a romantic relaxing getaway, look no further, the hotel is a credit to the owners and all the brilliant staff who work there. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.
