Beautiful guest house in a great location between Windermere and Bowness. Room clean, comfortable and lovely. Facilities are great and loads of useful information provided. Tea/coffee/juice and homemade cake provided. Great communication too, with spot on instructions and checks throughout. Would highly recommend, great value for money when booked direct. 💚💚

Self check in is very easy to manage. The room is much larger and brighter than the photos shown from the website. It's in a quiet area which we like it especially after a whole day out in walking or hiking in the area. A very comfortable stay 😌

Couldn’t be happier with this guest house. Booked a room last minute for 4 days over new years and it has been absolutely fantastic. The owners are brilliant and the room was super comfortable. Location is also great, with easy access to hundreds of hiking trails and quaint towns. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to the Lake District.

We've stayed here a few times now. The rooms we've had have been comfortable with attention to small details. The hosts are friendly and have thought of everything eg. spare tea bags and milk, fresh ground coffee etc. The location is perfect...an easy walk into Windermere or Bowness. We prefer the freedom of choosing our own place for breakfast as there are so many to choose from. We've never had any trouble parking outside the guesthouse.
