100% superb. Incredibly friendly staff, amazing service, and a beautiful reception / lounge / bar. Superb breakfast too. A nice outdoor patio too. Great rooms with decent air conditioning. You have to pay for parking but it's underground and quite secure. It's a 15 min walk into town. Overall this is one of the best HIE I have stayed in.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn! The service was excellent, and all the staff were so kind and helpful. Bena was especially amazing—she was instrumental in making our stay extra special. She recognized us as VIP guests and made us feel truly welcomed and valued. The team gave us great information and even helped bring our luggage to the room. The included breakfast was spectacular—delicious with so many great options. Highly recommend this hotel 100%!”

This hotel is a welcomed spot after a long day of travel. The location is great for walking to town (even with young kids and a stroller). The rooms are more than adequate for a holiday inn express and served our needs for the night we were there. The breakfast area is light and airy. Our interaction with Liz at the front desk was exceptional. She was kind, professional and made us feel at ease. Liz certainly made the stay even better (even with just our short interaction). Highly recommend.
