About Innkeepers Lodge Woking
Set alongside The Wheatsheaf Ember Inn in Woking, Innkeepers Lodge Woking puts guests right next to a proper pub garden and outdoor seating area, with the wider Surrey countryside and its golf courses and fishing spots within easy reach. It's a practical base for anyone passing through this part of Woking rather than a destination in itself, but the setting suits those who like a pint and a bit of green space close to hand.

Breakfast is served each morning, and the on-site restaurant and bar cover dinner and kids' meals, with 24-hour reception on hand for arrivals at any hour.
Beyond the inn itself, guests have pubs, restaurants and entertainment nearby, along with the golf and fishing already mentioned. Free on-site parking is provided, making it an easy stop for drivers exploring Surrey or breaking a longer journey through Woking.

Appalling treatment and false accusations by management. My partner booked a room for two on Friday 8th May. Despite her trying to provide my details at check-in, she was told it wasn't necessary. When I arrived, the receptionist refused to give me a key card and was incredibly confrontational. Even after my partner came down to collect me personally, the harassment didn't stop. A male staff member was sent to our room to "interrogate" us, and the manager later fabricated a story, accusing me of "trespassing" and claiming to have CCTV of me entering unauthorised — a physical impossibility as I didn't have a key. When I challenged her to check the footage, she refused and hid in the back, leaving a junior barman to apologise for her mess. As a Black man, being treated as a "security threat" and a criminal for simply joining my partner in a room we paid for was distressing and felt deeply rooted in bias. The manager’s behavior was unprofessional, dishonest, and a total failure of hospitality. The manager eventually refunded us because she couldn't back up her lies, but we were left stranded in Woking at 9 pm on a Friday night having to find a new hotel. Avoid this place if you value being treated with basic human dignity. I have now filed a formal complaint regarding breaches of the Equality Act 2010 and a Subject Access Request for the CCTV they claimed to have. I will update this review based on the company's response.

I know you can stay here. But I didn't so can't comment. Restaurant was very good. Good menu. Warm and friendly staff. Parking , but as popular you might need a side street.

This Hotel/Pub was the perfect location for us. We were visiting a family member recovering from major surgery but also wanted to explore the area. We were not disappointed as Woking (cinema & Theatre) and the ‘Saturn Way’ were on our doorstep. As regards the hotel we were greeted by Lee who set a wonderful first impression. Nothing was too much trouble for him and the rest of the staff. The room had recently been refurbished to a high standard and was immaculately clean and comfortable. The pub itself had a wonderful relaxing atmosphere and the food was very tasty. Big thank you to Lee, Nessie and the rest of the staff for making our stay memorable. Free parking a big bonus.
