Hillside Cottage comes ready for immediate use. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer—everything needed to cook properly rather than make do. Electricity, heating, wifi, bed linen and towels are all included. Downstairs is an open-plan living space with a 43-inch Smart TV and dining area; upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a zip-and-link bed that can be configured as a super king or two singles, plus a family bathroom with bath, cubicle shower and heated towel rail. The cottage sits on a working dairy farm in Moss, a few miles from Wrexham, with private parking for two cars and a garden with patio and furniture. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available if needed. No smoking throughout.

The location puts you roughly between England and Wales. Chester is 18 miles away with its racecourse, shops and restaurants. Within an hour's drive are the North Wales beaches at Rhyl, Prestatyn and Talacre. Chester Zoo, Delamere Forest (home to a Go Ape treetop park), Beeston Castle and Cholmondeley Castle Gardens are all within reasonable reach for day trips. A shop and pub are 1½ miles away, with restaurants 2½ miles distant. Wrexham town centre is 10 miles.
