My brief encounter with the staff was friendly. The lifeguards were polite. The cafe seems spacious. The changing rooms were very crowded but we expected this as it was school hols. The showers before you get into the pool were not working, trickling water out and people were having to use that !! The pool itself seemed spacious. A nice slide which the kids loved. Lots of floats and pool balls for people to play with. However needs a good clean!! The wave machine not working The sprinklers not working. I was absolutely shocked to find out that there were no actual showers except the trickle ones before you get into the pool which were not working! We had to just dry off get changed and rush home to shower. The floors outside the pool were quite dirty. Could see people walking with outside shoes in the area. Overall I want to say more good things about this place. But the shower situation really surprised me. Just based on that I would not go again. There is a big car park which was great. And a play area for the kids just outside as well which is also nice. It cost approx £16 to book for me and two children aged 5 and 8.

We celebrated our daughters 5th birthday at cocksmoors and both her and her friends had the best time!! The sports hall was a great size for around 40 children with two bouncy castles and still room for them to run and play ball games. The main bouncy castle is huge and has a slide which the children loved. Water was provided for the children and once their play time was over we moved to the party room where we were able to set up tables to bring our own sandwiches and snacks and hand out party bags. Overall great value for money and our daughter had a fantastic party.

Had a bouncy castle party here June 2026 and it was fabulous. The staff were so helpful, it was easy to book and a reasonable price. The bouncy castle itself was huge so the kids weren’t colliding. There was also other little play areas for all the kids. Then moved to a smaller room to eat our food and do cake. All clean. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful!

I would like to provide positive feedback about my examiner, Adam. He was very professional, polite, and respectful throughout the entire driving test. He explained everything clearly, helped create a calm and comfortable atmosphere, and conducted the test in a fair and professional manner. His attitude made the experience much less stressful, and I really appreciated his courteous approach. Thank you, Adam, for your professionalism and excellent conduct. I would also like to mention that all the staff I interacted with at the Leisure Centre were polite and friendly
