Holtby Grange Cottages - The Granary

The market town of York and the Howardian Hills lie within easy reach of this corner of North Yorkshire, making the area a natural base for walkers and cyclists. Holtby Grange Cottages sits just outside the small village of Holtby, five miles from the city centre, down a private drive that opens onto a shared courtyard where guests can make use of communal seating and the enclosed lawned garden with patio, terrace and summerhouse.

The Granary is a three-bedroom barn conversion arranged over two floors. Downstairs are two bedrooms—one with a super-kingsize bed, the other with single beds—plus a shower room. Upstairs, the open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas, with a third bedroom (super-kingsize) and second shower room. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking: electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and full-size fridge. The property sleeps six and comes with wifi, heating, bed linen and towels included.

On-site parking is available for two cars. You'll also find a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and bike storage for exploring the countryside. The shared garden has a pond some distance away. Smoking is not permitted inside. Check-in is after 4pm and checkout before 10am.
