We had a fantastic experience with the climbing party at AirHop! The manager and our party host were absolutely brilliant and really took care of us from start to finish. Everything was well organised, the children had an amazing time, and the staff made sure the party ran smoothly and everyone felt welcome. We really appreciated the excellent service and attention throughout. Highly recommended for a fun and stress-free children’s party!

Very first visit on Sunday with my grandchildren, so many activities available. Staff very helpful and professional. They were very good communicating with children and making sure their safety came first. There's a cafe on site offering a good range of meals/snacks/drinks. Plenty parking available which is a bonus. Highly recommend a visit and worth every penny

We had a fantastic experience at the trampoline park! We were lucky to meet Emma, who offered us a great-value summer holiday membership. Our daughter absolutely loves it, and we’ve already visited several times. Every time we come, Emma greets us with a smile, remembers us, and always makes us feel welcome. She is genuinely friendly, kind, and goes above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable. She’s a real credit to the team. The rest of the staff are also lovely, friendly, and welcoming, which always makes the atmosphere enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for the excellent customer service. We highly recommend this place!

My daughter is loving the Summer Pass at Airhop — it's fantastic value for money! All the staff are always kind, friendly, and helpful - special shout out to rhys, owen, taylor and Jacob!! We'd definitely recommend it! 😄🤸♀️
