Arrived at 12.45pm today for a 1pm private snowboard lesson (booked a few weeks ago) to be told, very casually, that the instructor is not there today (due to family illness - not a problem with that at all), send an email and rearrange. We drove one hour to get to the centre, not a phonecall or email from anyone. I questioned why no one bothered to contact us, response was pretty much "I don't have your details", I pointed out that what's the point in us completing forms with this information if no one uses it. Just got the response again "I don't have your contact details". We have one devastated 8 year old who was surprised with this as her birthday present today for her to go all the way there and stand at reception in her gear to be told she has to leave. Beyond disappointed with the complete lack of customer service we have received. One star given purely because we cannot leave none for this experience! Edited because following this we have received good communication and the centre provided a lesson for our daughter, free if charge, which she loved. I've put at 3 stars because our first experience should not have happened and we didn't want to come back again. Thank you though for going above and beyond to rectify this. However, people should still be aware of our first experience.

Best (only 😉) place in Aberdeen to improve your skiing year round. All the instructors are great.

went to try and ski for 2 hours told we only let you ski around 3 times a week on one specific slope of they're of their 3 slopes e.g. jump slope OR emerald slope then was told that on those three occasion that they do allow the public to ski you can only ski for an hour or 90 mins - effectively meaning you can't really ski here

Izzy the instructor is great with our four year old for his lessons, very patient and he loves going each week
