Terrible service. didn’t let us into the movie then called managers over after we asked why in a reasonable manner and they started elevating their tone then asked us to leave for no apparent reason and said we were causing a disturbance even though they were the ones being loud. Side note to the baldy and man with receding hairline I hope you get fired cause your terrible at your job and you have to shout instead of being reasonable and explaining what the issue is. Would not recommend this cinema .terrible manger with receding hairline book a flight to turkey and get a hair transplant mate you wet wipe

I’ve been to this cinema several times and unfortunately it seems to be getting worse every time. After today’s screening in Screen 8, I can honestly say the place feels dirty and smells terrible. There is a strong musty smell in the auditorium. It was so bad that even my jacket absorbed the smell by the end of the movie. The cinema really needs to invest in a proper deep clean — the seats and carpets clearly need professional cleaning. The experience at the snack counter was also disappointing. The service was extremely slow, with only one person actually serving customers while the rest of the staff were wandering around the venue. Some of them were standing in pairs chatting while customers were waiting at the counter for popcorn. Overall, the place just feels unclean. The smell in both the lobby and at least Screen 8 is really unpleasant. On top of that, about two-thirds of the way through the movie it suddenly became very cold. I don’t know if the heating was turned off, but it made it difficult to focus on the film. We left the cinema cold and with our clothes smelling musty. Honestly, it’s quite embarrassing for a cinema to be in this condition. A bit more care and a proper deep clean — washing the seats and carpets — would make a huge difference. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this cinema.

Definitely avoid screen 2. Absolute garbage glare and quality, can barely see dark scenes and lighter scenes aren't much better. Was more reminiscent of watching a video on an old mobile phone. Nice workers, average nachos with cheese. Wish they would've mentioned the discounts/deals for food and drink, I would've easily bought more.
