About Palm Court Hotel
An indoor swimming pool is not something you find at every Aberdeen hotel, and it's one of the things that sets Palm Court Hotel apart on Seafield Road. The 23-room hotel sits within reach of Hazelhead Park and Pets Corner, giving guests a straightforward outdoor option beyond the hotel grounds, and free on-site parking makes arriving by car simple.
Rooms are kept clean and comfortable, each with a modern en-suite bathroom. The on-site restaurant serves hearty Scottish fare, including haggis, neeps and tatties, alongside a bar and snack bar for lighter options, and breakfast is available each morning. Other facilities include a garden, free WiFi, luggage storage and a laundry service, while airport parking or transfer arrangements can be organised for those travelling further afield. Staff are friendly and attentive, though service is sometimes reported to be on the slower side at busier times.
Pets are welcome, and there's a choice of pubs, bars and restaurants nearby for evenings out. With Aberdeen itself close by, Palm Court Hotel works well as a base for exploring the city while offering enough on-site amenities, from the pool to the restaurant, to make staying in an appealing option too.

What guests say
Attractive, smart, distinctive hotel very handy for our tour of Aberdeenshire castles. Great breakfast and dinner - no need to look for a meal elsewhere. Hen parties, family Sunday lunch parties, work gets togethers, they're all popular here. There's a big, secure carpark. The layout means the rooms are quiet even when public rooms are humming.

Palm Court Bothy and Restaurant has just had a freshen up with new decor and a lovely new menu with more choice. Staff as always were great. Food was very tasty. Set prices for 2 or 3 courses. Bothy bar is dog friendly. Live music added to atmosphere.

We have recently had our wedding at Palm Court and it was amazing from start to finish. Excellent communication from Megan throughout the whole process. We had a few changes the week of the wedding and nothing was a bother. We brought in our own table decor and it was all set up for us and packed away after we didn’t have to lift a finger. I stayed in the hotel the night before with my bridesmaids and Jenna couldn’t have done more for us then and the morning of the wedding. Staff on reception all weekend were also lovely and very welcoming. Couldn’t recommend more ❤️

Linda certainly deserves a special mention as she was fantastic! The hallway to the room could certainly do with a new bit of paint. The room decor was nice but the room looked tired, bathroom door peeling at the bottom, door handle of said door feeling loose, shower pressure was good but also had a moment or two where the water cut off. No external hooks for coats. Bed was firm. Blinds were good and thick. Breakfast - staff were good but the breakfast did not match the rating of the hotel. Dinner - limited staff for number of people and it was hard for them to move around the place when it was full. Meals were not hot and the amount of food did not seem to match the price (Steak frites). Parking - A bit tight if there are events on, there is further parking around the rear of the hotel.
