Bonn Na Coille Cottages - Sycamore Cottage

Sycamore Cottage is a self-contained one-bedroom property sleeping two, situated in Ballater within reach of the Cairngorms. The ground floor holds an open-plan living and dining space with a kitchen fitted out for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing machine all provided. A separate toilet is also on this level. Upstairs, the bedroom contains a double bed, and the bathroom has both a bath and a separate shower cubicle.

Essentials are covered: electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included in the booking. There is parking for one car on site and an enclosed garden to use. The cottage does not permit smoking. Ballater itself offers shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance, and the Cairngorms National Park is nearby for those interested in exploring the landscape and cultural attractions of the area, including Balmoral Castle, Royal Lochnagar Distillery, and numerous walking routes.
