Frank and Lorraine are hands-down the best hosts we have ever met. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel truly welcome in their home. Even though it was our first time staying at their B&B (and it certainly won't be our last), it immediately felt like we were returning to visit old friends. The breakfast selection was quite vast, with definitely something for everyone, and they provided excellent local recommendations. The dining table setting was just lovely, and the entire house feels warm, cozy, and full of character. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean and tidy. We only stayed for one night, but we would have gladly stayed longer if we could. Highly recommended❤️✨

We stayed only one night, but if we can we would stay longer. Mr and Ms Smith are simply amazing, so friendly and cheerful. The breakfast was great, they are for all tastes. Thanks to our host and their hospitality. I recommend this place !

Had a lovely overnight stay at Sunnybank. Lorraine greeted us with the warmest of welcomes, nothing too much trouble! Rooms clean and cosy, breakfast was delicious and Peter provided a second to none service!!

Cute and cosy place that I couldn’t recommend enough, with great value for money! Frank and Lorraine were such a joy: friendly, accommodating, and attentive to anything we needed. The breakfast was also delicious with lots of options to choose from. Not for those looking for a luxurious stay, but if a warm, homely bed and breakfast is up your street, look no further.
