We would like to extend our hearfelt thanks to everyone at The Tulliee in Balloch for making our stay so special ahead of our wedding day. We stayed the night before our wedding along with our closest friends and family, and it was the perfect setting to spend some quality time together before the celebrations began. We enjoyed a wonderful, intimate family dinner with our nearest and dearest, which helped get everyone into the celebratory spirit and created some truly special memories before the big day. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was warm, kind, and welcoming. We were touched by the lovely well wishes and celebratory messages, which helped make the occasion feel even more special. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully prepared, and everyone in our group was extremely well looked after. The food was excellent, the drinks were great, and everything ran smoothly. We were particularly grateful for how accommodating the team was with our hair and makeup artists on the morning of the wedding, ensuring that both myself and my bridesmaids had the space and support we needed to get ready without any stress. A special thank you to all of the staff for your kindness, support, and professionalism. You helped put us completely at ease before one of the biggest days of our lives, and we will always remember the part you played in making it so memorable. Great food and excellent service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and very helpful throughout our visit. I came with two children, and they thoroughly enjoyed the experience as well. The halloumi fries were absolutely amazing and definitely worth trying. Overall, we had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Great & beautiful location. Went on the Ferry, then followed it up with a great stay. Staff were friendly and quick service during our stay with great food. Compliments! Will definitely be back

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. The service was ridiculous — we waited ages just to order and eventually had to get up ourselves to ask staff, despite them walking past our table multiple times while cleaning other tables and completely ignoring us. We ordered the sharing Sunday roast for 4 people, which cost £67 plus an extra £3 for lamb after being asked if we wanted all four meats. What they failed to mention was that lamb cost extra. The lamb was actually nice, but the rest of the meat portions were tiny, dry, and honestly nowhere near enough for four people — barely enough for two. Yes, you get unlimited roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, and gravy, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of meat considering the price. We would’ve got far more food for less money ordering separately. I also asked if we could sit in the sun lounge but was told no because they were “busy.” Funny enough, the empty tables we saw when we arrived were still empty when we paid and left. We politely spoke to the manager about the sharing platter and suggested they reconsider advertising it for four people because it simply isn’t worth the money. Instead of handling it professionally, she was rude and dismissive, saying we were “the first people to complain.” Not even an apology or any attempt to acknowledge our disappointment. No customer service whatsoever — just made us feel like they genuinely didn’t care. The staff overall were incredibly slow. We had a one-year-old with us, and despite ordering her food first, her meal arrived after our sharing platter. Then we had to wait again for plates. Her kids meal included 3 courses, and the waiter said they’d come back to ask about dessert… which never happened. Yet we were still charged full price. By that point, we just wanted to leave as quickly as possible. To top it off, there wasn’t even a baby changing station in the toilets. Again wanted to ask about it but couldn’t find any staff. This place seriously needs more attentive staff and better organisation. Someone should actually be focused on seating customers and taking orders instead of staff aimlessly walking around ignoring tables. Definitely would not return.
