The layout spreads across three levels: ground floor holds the main living area and bathroom with bath and shower; first floor has one double bedroom; second floor contains two more doubles, each with a pull-out single bed for a child. Eight people can sleep here across the three bedrooms. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included.

The cottage sits directly on Loch Lomond's shoreline. Behind the property, an enclosed garden contains a barbecue, seating and a private four-person hot tub. You can walk across to the shore itself to reach the beach. Private parking fits four cars. The front garden is shared with the neighbouring cottage and has a low wall, so children and dogs need supervising. A hotel restaurant and bar are a two-minute walk away for meals. One pet stays free.
