The Louisa Centre is clean, tidy and welcoming. Staff were very friendly and helpful when approached. Very Reasonable prices for activities. We booked online which was very easy to do through the Thrive website and checked in with the receptionist when we arrived. £12.50 is a great price for the TAG plus bundle. The only down side i would say is would of been nice to have a choice of different food for the kids at different bundle price ranges - hot meals etc (the food set meal is a party bag which includes one sandwich ham,cheese or jam, crisps, yogurt and juice). We got drinks whilst the kids were doing the Tag arena which came to £14.70 for an iced latte, Mocha and two Radnor splash flavoured waters bottles but didn't get any food other than the party bag included in the TAG bundle, prices seemed reasonable whilst looking on the notice board. Parking is share with Iceland round the corner although we got parked easily and its a short walk round. Kids loved the TAG game as it was soft play with a twist and a live leader board after each round. Definitely be back here soon. ☺️

Great centre for all activities. Soft play, tag, climbing wall and more. Excellent café at affordable prices. Definitely be back with the children in the school holidays

Visited today for a booking at the Active Tag. What a great hour spent with my teen and young nephew trying out luck to reach all the electronic tags. Thoroughly worn out at the end of the session. We will definitely be back to improve our score. Friendly and helpful staff with clean and comfortable surroundings for the refreshment break.

Nice gaff. I came here for a gala on 4/10/25 and it was good. The blocks supplied weren't very good but other than that, it was nice.
