Causey Arch Cottages - Gracies Cottage

County Durham

Gracies Cottage is a single-storey property arranged around one open-plan living area. Step inside and you immediately have the run of everything: a sitting room with a Smart TV, a dining table for two, and a kitchen where you can cook proper meals. The bedroom holds a kingsize bed with fitted wardrobe space, and there's a shower room with a walk-in shower. Underfloor heating keeps the place warm, and essentials like electricity, linen and towels are included; wifi keeps you connected if you need it.

Outside, there's parking for one car on site and access to a front garden with benches. You're in countryside with local woodland walks and cycling trails nearby. The property sits within Causey Arch Cottages, where an on-site tea room serves food and drink daily, and you'll have a complimentary pass to Beamish, the open-air museum. The Tanfield Railway—home to the world's oldest existing steam train—is also local. Smoking is not permitted inside.
