First time visiting with two autistic children. Staff were exceptionally helpful and supportive. Especially Janet on reception she talked us through everything and thank you to the other lady for guiding us where to go etc all staff including pool side were amazing very helpful with my twins. The pool was amazing very clean and everything was available ie slides/waves/floats! Love the idea of the pad lock you pay £6 and keep it for future trips great idea. Lockers were big and plenty of family changing facilities available. Lots more of merch available if you forget something which we did and the price was good can’t fault anything about this place.we will definitely be back . The staff are amazing went above and beyond.very clean and welcoming. Thanks 5 ****

Baths immaculate and warm for toddlers/babies. However not alot to play with. My session was 9:30 till 10:15 at 10:05 they were starting to bring out little buckets and a few other children's items. I asked if I could get a small bucket and was asked if I was in the swimming lessons which I was not. I was basically told no I could not and that my session finished at 10:15 still 10 minutes play time. These items should be available for all toddlers and babies to interact with. Other than that not crowded and a couple of interactive sculptures on wall.

Waves are only good thing. Gan in the hot tub for a chill and some random 4 year old spits in the pool and splashes around in it. 10 seconds later she’s groaning? Plasters all around the pool and the thought of plasters along with a wave pool is horrifying. Slide is barely open and is open like every 30 minutes and the line is 1 million people long. Gan round to the waves and a kid starts naming random countries and spits in the pool. Sort this pool out

A nice family orientated pool however the prices have increased and the length of time in the pool has decreased. Also doesn't appear that the big inflatable obstacle course is no longer used. Make sure you take your own padlock type lock otherwise it is £6 for a combination one.
