Stayed in the Tack Room, this place was brilliant. Hostess Beverly was super friendly and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Room was comfy, clean, private and felt like a homey luxury hideaway. The towels were SO SOFT (Bev, what is your secret?!) Breakfast served to your room, hot and delicious, with a great range to choose from. The only thing I would warn of - if you're in the Tack Room and are bringing a car dont't bring a big one, parking is down quite a narrow lane and you'll need to squeeze past parked cars.

David and Beverley were very helpful and friendly when I stayed here last week for three days. The room was very comfortable and the furniture and surroundings lovely. A decanter of sherry within the room was hard to resist and breakfast was very tasty. Set in a quiet location the Coach house offers good value for why you pay and David offered lots of information on interesting places to visit.

We stayed at the Coach House as a way to relax in the middle of a multi city trip to the UK. The hosts are so friendly and ready to give recommendations for restaurants or things to do in town. The room was beautiful and the location is within walking distance of Alnwick Castle and the main high street for the town. The hosts were also so kind in preparing us an early breakfast as we had to be back in Edinburgh early in the morning. Probably the best accomodations we had the whole trip and I would not hesitate to go back.

10/10! I don’t have one bad thing to say about our stay, it was absolutely perfect. We stayed for 2 nights as we were attending a wedding at the Alnwick gardens. The hosts were very welcoming and made us a pot of tea once we arrived after a very long drive. Room was a brilliant size with a huge bathroom, it’s silent at night so you get a brilliant nights sleep in a comfy bed. Breakfast was amazing with so many options. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to stay in Alnwick to book this B&B.
