Oxygen Activeplay Derby

Myself, my three children and my mum visited Oxygen in Derby on a Saturday. This isn't the first time we have visited, we have been several times over the last few years. I booked online using the 4 tickets for 3 discount, we bounced for an hour. My mum didn't bounce. We got the train to Derby from Burton. If you do the same make sure you use the exit that is signposted for pride park. We didn't and we ended up walking all the way round to get there which obviously took a lot longer. We absolutely love oxygen, I love it because it helps the children burn some energy off, but I feel there is a fair amount to do there for the price that i paid. Socks purchased from Oxygen need to be worn, however I had these from the first time we visited which was probably around 3-4 years ago... It's clean, the staff are nice, the cafe is quite expensive for food but then aren't they all in places like this. My mum paid I think £4.50 for a coffee but could refill it as many times as she liked so I didn't think it was too bad value. Overall I would definitely recommend Oxygen, the kids enjoy it, the adults can sit in the cafe and chill if they so wish to do so, or they can bounce too. We will definitely be back in the near future.

I loved this place, just wish there were more offers for bigger families/ groups. A package of reduced tickets even to use would be great!! Otherwise the venue was clean and oodles of fun for the kids. The staff were friendly and the food was yum! I ordered one of the family feasts - pizza, chicken strips and potato waffles, it was probably more suited to 2 adults as it wasn't quite enough for 1 adult and x3 hungry children after an hours fun. Lol!!!

I visited the trampoline park on 23 July after booking the "Schools Out" session, which was still advertised on the website as running from 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm. When I arrived, I was disappointed to find that the offer was no longer available and the park was due to close at 6:00 pm. However, James, the manager, completely turned the experience around. He was incredibly understanding, helpful, and accommodating, allowing the kids to enjoy the trampoline park even though it was closing in less than an hour. He also didn't rush us out, giving us time to take some photos at the end of our visit. A huge thank you to James and the team for your outstanding customer service, kindness, and professionalism. It's this level of service that keeps us coming back. I highly recommend this trampoline park and will definitely be visiting many more times!

We recently visited Oxygen for a birthday trip with five boys, taking advantage of the unlimited after-school play, and overall they had a fantastic time. Check-in was quick and easy with no queue, and the staff on reception were really friendly and helpful. We barely had to wait for the safety briefing, which was clear, quick and got everyone bouncing in no time. The unlimited play from 4:30pm until 7:00pm was excellent value for money and kept the boys entertained for the whole session. The park itself wasn't overly busy, which was great, although it was a very warm day and the building became extremely hot. There didn't seem to be any air conditioning, only fans, which made it quite uncomfortable at times. The included food package was fairly basic but perfectly adequate for a children's party. Unfortunately, our experience with the café towards the end wasn't as positive. We went to order some additional food at around 5:50pm after being told we could order any time before the kitchen closed at 6:00pm. The member of staff was clearly unhappy about taking the order, despite us being within the stated time. She reluctantly processed it, slammed the pager onto the counter, and when the food arrived it was only lukewarm, which was disappointing. Despite that, the boys all had an amazing time, and that's the most important thing. With a cooler venue and a more welcoming experience from the café staff at the end of the day, it would easily have been a five-star visit.
