Me and my boys had a beautiful saty here. Sheila welcomed us and she was lovely, really kind. Nice to talk to. The whole place is just stunning, I can't say a bad word at all about any of it. I made some fantastic memories with my kids and that's with thanks to Sheila and her husband. The views are something else too. Get out early and soak up the morning sun. Breath taking. Will fully recommend and I hope to see her again and come back. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

We stayed in Stable Cottage at High Wray Farm fir the second time in September/October 2025. The cottage is very comfortable with a great, uninterrupted view of the Fairfield Horseshoe. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. They made us feel extremely welcome.

Nothing but 5 stars and 10/10s for Sheila and her beautiful cottage. We travelled by bikes and arrived soaking wet to High Wray and the kind hostess went above and beyond to help us out - in no time did we find ourselves warming up by the fireplace, munching on home-made cake and sipping tea in the company of Sheila's cat while she was taking care of our drenched gear and clothes. It's hard to believe how old the cottage is given how well it's kept and how sparking clean It is. The location is just stunning. Lastly, special shout-out goes to the breakfast which was one of the best I've ever had. Hope we can visit High Wray Farm again one day!

Stayed a while ago, so a belated review. The warmth and hospitality were truly wonderful, from the moment we arrived until departure we were so well looked after. The room house and garden a delight, tea and cake in the afternoon sunshine a lingering memory. Thank you. Roger & Jern x
