Inveree suits families and groups wanting a base to explore Argyll and Bute without sacrificing comfort. The house sits elevated above Oban's working harbour, close enough to walk into town for restaurants, shops and galleries, yet far enough back to feel separate. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms mean everyone gets space, and your dog comes free. The whole property is yours alone.

Inside, the villa has character throughout—two reception rooms both with harbour views, a well-equipped kitchen with island hob for proper cooking, and a dining conservatory. Bed linen and towels are included, along with wi-fi and electricity. The rear garden is enclosed but steep; a note for families with young children exploring outside. Stairs wind through the house connecting the upper floors where the bedrooms sit.

From here, Oban's ferries reach Mull and Iona in summer. Walks start at the front door along the bay toward Kerrera, or inland past Dunollie Castle. Further afield: Glencoe and Fort William are an hour north; Inveraray Castle sits east; Kilmartin Glen and the Kintyre Peninsula lie south across unspoilt coastline. Check in is after 4pm, check out before 10am. No smoking inside the property.
