Lurach - Sealladh Apartment
Argyll and Bute

Couples and small groups will find Lurach - Sealladh Apartment a comfortable base for exploring the Argyll coast. The property is a ground-floor and first-floor space in Port Appin, a fishing village on a quiet peninsula between Oban and Fort William. One bedroom with a king bed and a shower room are upstairs; downstairs, the living and dining area opens onto decking with sight lines across Loch Linnhe toward the mountain range beyond. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, and there is parking for two cars on site.
The village sits on the A828 near Castle Stalker, a restored 15th-century castle on a rock island that features in countless photographs. Walking routes branch from the village—the Port Appin circuit takes in headland and views across to Lismore and Mull, while the Jubilee Bridge path leads to tidal marshes and a viewpoint of the castle itself. Cycling is another way to explore: the route from Glencoe to Oban is within reach, and a small passenger ferry runs to Lismore, carrying bikes free. Lighthouse Appin, a craft shop, gallery and café run by local artists, sits in the village. The property is non-smoking.
