Benderloch village and Tralee Bay's sandy beach lie just a few miles away, while Ben Lora and numerous other walks are accessible on foot or by bike from the property. A passenger ferry from Port Appin reaches the Isle of Lismore, where more gentle paths and cycling routes await. Everything here is on the ground floor, approached via ramp or steps, with the main living spaces arranged around an open plan design that looks out across the loch and grounds through large windows.

The four bedrooms sleep eight: one kingsize with an ensuite, one double, and two twins. There are two bathrooms between them, one with a slipper bath and cubicle shower. The kitchen is properly equipped for cooking, with an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and combi microwave. A wood burner in the living area gets you started with fuel included. Outside, a decked area has garden furniture and there's parking for four cars on site. Bed linen, towels, wifi and electricity are all covered. The property is non-smoking. An unfenced burn runs through the grounds about 25 yards from the house.
