Brook Farm Annex occupies its own corner of a Kent farmstead where donkeys, ponies and chickens roam the grounds. The village of Tenterden sits in the middle of the county, close enough to Ashford for its train station and shops, yet far enough away to feel properly rural. From the annex itself, you can step onto the patio and into fields and footpaths that stretch across the surrounding land.
The single bedroom sleeps two in a double bed. You get a shower room, and an open-plan living and kitchen space with doors that open directly onto a patio garden—the spot for breakfast, evening drinks or simply watching the farm animals go about their day. The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering: electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included. Private parking for one car sits on the property.
The owners run creative workshops during the season, and there are country walks to explore from your door. The annex does not permit smoking. No pets are mentioned in the facilities.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It's the most stunning annex set in beautiful gardens. The host is friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely go back and would recommend it for anyone looking for a short break away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Very nice and complete cosy cottage with a large private garden. Very nice owner Seren and her mother. Definitely recommended.

Down a narrow lane in an area that is mainly woodland was a good indicator of very quiet location. The cottage was wonderfully fitted out and was lackin nothing. The welcome pack was unexpected and superb. The silence at night guaranteed good nights sleep and the king-sized bed really helped.
