You get the whole place to yourself: two bedrooms (one with a kingsize bed and French doors to the garden, one with two single beds), two bathrooms, and an open-plan living and dining area all on the ground floor. The kitchen has everything needed to cook proper meals, and there's a large enclosed garden with patio and furniture for sitting outside.

One dog can stay free of charge and is welcome throughout the property and garden. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. There's private parking for two cars on site. The village pub is a mile and a half away, with shops and restaurants two miles off. Ashford International station is a short drive if you need London or Paris. Kent's beaches lie about eight and a half miles south—Whitstable and Broadstairs are both within reach for a day trip. No smoking inside the property, please.
