The Granary is a converted barn in Hothfield, a village surrounded by walking country and within easy reach of several Kentish destinations worth the trip. Leeds Castle lies 15 minutes' drive away. Faversham, Kent's oldest market town, is 20 minutes off. The coast at Hythe—with its military canal and shingle beach—sits just five minutes further on. Tenterden is equidistant. A pub and restaurant stand 100 metres down the lane, and Charing train station, five minutes' drive, connects to London in just over an hour.
Inside, the property feels settled and unhurried. A double bedroom and a single bedroom sit upstairs. Downstairs holds a living and dining room, a kitchen with electric oven and hob, and a walk-in shower room. The kitchen is fully fitted for cooking. An enclosed garden with seating and table opens off the back. The barn's original character shows in beamed ceilings. Parking for one car is on-site. Wi-Fi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. No smoking.

Was gifted this experience and had the Summer Seasonal Signature. I had Emily who was very friendly and gave a lovely three treatments ontop of an additional mask as an extra. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend Emily to anyone that visits. Thank you!

We had an amazing relaxing afternoon together experience. My wife and I had been working really hard so treated ourselves. We chilled in the relaxation area then both had full body massages. Emily was amazing she really made me feel welcome. Explaining everything to me, asking what I wanted from the experience and then gave me an amazing massage. It was really good on my shoulders, enough pressure to take away my stress and made me feel fantastic ! Emily you were very good many thank will see you again soon ;) Paul

I have been visiting this beautiful spa since it first opened, and it has remained a truly special place for me ever since. The setting alone is something magical. Nestled in the countryside, the rural surroundings create an immediate sense of calm and grounding. From the moment you arrive, you feel removed from the noise of everyday life and gently invited to exhale. What makes this place so exceptional, however, is the people. Every therapist I have seen over the years has been consistently kind, nurturing, and genuinely caring. There is a depth of presence here that goes far beyond standard spa service. Laura, the owner and manager, is an absolute gem — so warm, supportive and authentic that you almost wish you could take her home in your pocket. Her energy and leadership clearly ripple through the entire team. I am not traditionally a “spa person.” I use treatments as a healing modality from my work and horse riding rather than simply for pampering — and this is one of the rare places that beautifully delivers both. I leave feeling restored on a deep level, while also enjoying the luxury and comfort of the experience. Highly recommended, reasonably priced, and consistently excellent. A place of both healing and heartfelt care. ❤️
