Wren sits within a wildlife reserve and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the Ashford area, surrounded by 180 acres of regenerating woodland where guests can walk among nature trails. The property itself is a single-storey cottage with everything on one level: two bedrooms (one kingsize, one with twin singles), a shower room, and an open-plan living space where the kitchen, dining and sitting areas flow together. Underfloor heating runs throughout, and there's a Freeview Smart TV for quieter moments.

The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. One dog stays free and gets a bed, toys, treats and towels; the 180-acre grounds provide plenty of space for walks, though the wildlife site does ask that dogs are well-behaved. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor heated swimming pool (open May to September) and private parking for two cars on site.

The setting suits families and anyone wanting countryside quiet without being remote—the village of Stalisfield lies nearby, and the property backs directly onto the wildflower meadows and woodland that make up the reserve. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
