Dunnock

Dunnock is a single-storey cottage set within Woodsell, a 180-acre nature reserve in the Kent Downs near Stalisfield. Everything is on the ground floor: an open-plan living space with a woodburner and Smart TV, a kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and microwave, a bedroom with a super king bed (or two singles on request), and a shower room. Underfloor heating and an air source heat pump keep the cottage warm, and the essentials—bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi—are all included.

The property is privately yours alone, with parking for one car and a patio with garden furniture. An outdoor heated swimming pool is shared with other properties on-site and open from May to September. One dog stays free and bed linen can be provided for them. The cottage sits within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, surrounded by woodland walks and birdwatching opportunities. The reserve itself is a wilding project with a nature trail, and nearby are two Kent Wildlife Trust sites. Non-smoking.
